These terms and conditions apply to purchasing you make with our consultants (over phone or by email) as well as online applying you make on our website. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and like many countries IRAN requires at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
VISA: If you need information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip to IRAN, please let your consultant know or, for online bookings, contact us on 240 29 30 165. We can provide you with general information on visa and passport requirements that apply to international travel bookings you make with us. Our consultants can also obtain more specific information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf (if you wish, we can assist you to obtain visas through this external service and fees will apply).
Prices: All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact your consultant for up-to-date prices. Online Prepaid Travel card purchasing will incur a booking fee of $10 per card. In addition to the applicable credit card surcharge or PayPal fee. (The above booking fees are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you) Final payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to departure.
Payments: You authorize us to charge all fees incurred by you in relation to the services provided to the credit card or debit card designated by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due immediately on demand. An additional 4% fee will apply when paying by PayPal.
Service guarantees: Our advisory services come with a guarantee that: - they will be provided with due care and skill; - they will be reasonably fit for the specified purpose; - they can reasonably be expected to achieve the desired result; and - they will be provided within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet any of these guarantees, you have rights.

Pre-paid Currency Card If you purchase a travel Card or tourist sim card from us, you acknowledge that you may be sent a card setting out contact details, which also has the capability to operate as a pre-paid currency card. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you request that we send you this card (if available) and acknowledge its pre-paid currency capability. You need to apply for or activate the prepaid currency function.
By using the Card or information of the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Card must be signed and, if purchased online, activated in accordance with our instructions before use. You must give these terms and conditions to the user of the Card if it is not you.
You should be informed: You can purchase or reserve by card (physical & non-physical) over Iranian sites that accept SHETAB cards. You can request to refund remaining amount of money in your card. It's not possible to charge cards You can use cards for purchasing merchants that have SHETAB POS. You can get Iranian Rial from ATMs all around Iran You can transfer amount of Rials to any other SHETAB cards from ATMs. You can change passwords from ATMs. You can get last 10 transactions list from ATMs
The Card is a Shetab Prepaid card that can be used for purchasing goods and services where Shetab Prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The Card is not a credit card and nor is it linked to a deposit account with us. Merchants or other providers may impose limits on the use of your Card. We are not responsible if a merchant refuses to accept a Card. If you have a complaint or concern about goods or services purchased with your Card, you must resolve this directly with the merchant. Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant. Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card, cash refund or in-store credit. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds. The Card can not be used to obtain or redeem cash (for example at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions) and can not be used for making direct debit, recurring or regular installment payments. You cannot use cards for authorizations. We are not liable in any way when authorization is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorization has been declined because of an act or omission on our part. You may use the Card as often as you like until the available balance is spent or the Card has expired. The available balance cannot be exceeded. Where a purchase exceeds the available balance, you need to pay the excess using another payment method, if the merchant agrees. The Card can be used on more than one occasion but cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. We can not change damaged cards with new ones. You are liable for all transactions on the Card, except where there has been fraud or negligence by us. If your Card has been lost or stolen, or if you believe an error has occurred in relation to your Card or the Card has been misused, please contact us. Lost or stolen or damaged Cards will not be replaced so keep your Card secure at all times
To protect your Card, you should: a. Carry it with you whenever you can; b. Not allow anyone else to use the Card We will handle all complaints according to our internal dispute resolution procedure (and the ePayments Code, where the complaint relates to a transaction covered by the ePayments Code). We may restrict or stop the use of the Card if suspicious activities are noticed. The Issuer is a subscriber to the ePayments Code. The Issuer warrants that for as long as it remains a subscriber to the ePayments Code, it will comply with it in our dealings with you relating to the Card. These Conditions of Use are governed by the law of Islamic Republic of IRAN.
ATC Group has an online platform to connect individuals and/or professionals, in order to offer and/or book all types of travel experiences, activities and/or leisure. ATC responsibility is limited to connecting its members.You hereby acknowledge that the responsibility of ATC is limited to the maintenance and proper functioning of site and proper management of payments as information security.
User account To become a member and benefit from all the services offered by ATC, a person must first register by creating a user account and provide a number of personal information necessary to operate the platform (including name, address, date of birth , valid e-mail). Each member certifies to be older than 18 at the time of registration and is responsible for the good performance of the user profile including the confidentiality of the password, the veracity and accuracy of the information concerning his person. ATC cannot, at any time, be held responsible for the fraudulent or improper use of information provided by the member. Members agree to create only one user account, under their own identity, unless otherwise request sent and expressly agreed by ATC. Any breach of this provision may result in the permanent removal of the account of the member and the services offered by the company. Members also recognize that ATC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently remove all inactive account for a certain period of time to ensure the continuity and quality of the service.
Use of the local experience service Every experience or service has to be first accepted by ATC(and so published). Members recognize that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any experience, if we consider that it doesn't correspond to the nature and aim of our service. Any experience/activity must first be an agreement between the parties on any media owned by ATC. Guides therefore undertake to provide the services according to the information they filled on the platform. Each member is fully responsible and committed to be the owner of the content he uploads on ATC especially for texts, photographs, videos, sounds or other content.However, we recognize to engage any mean to delete/remove such content if expressly noticed by a complainant. Booking system Any member wishing to book an activity should do so only via the site(s) owned by the company. ATC ensures the proper delivery and security of payments and payment of the compensation to the guides. In no case ATC can be held responsible for a transaction not done via its services, in particular any subsequent payment regardless of its nature or form by the parties, in order to circumvent the booking service. Thus, the booking becomes effective once the payment is made by the traveler on the site(s) of ATC and after the confirmation of the booking request within a maximum of 24 hours. A cancellation policy is offer to locals in order to avoid any abuse or harm. For any cancellation due to the local Master, the traveler is fully refunded. Process Each experience is filled with a number of information to help the traveler: title, description of the listing, cancellation policy, price..... Moreover, he agrees to comply strictly with them during the experience and without recourse to the traveler for any failure on his part and/or if achieving additional services not mentioned in his experience during the booking. When a traveler books an experience on the site(s) of ATC, a confirmation request is sent to the counselors. they have a maximum of 24 hours to confirm the booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled and all charges paid will be refunded to the traveler. The payment receipt and confirmation of the request by the counselors make the booking effective and the irrevocable commitment of the parties. Thus, a confirmation email is sent to the locals and the traveler with a summary of the experience and additional information (contact details, additional notes for travelers, location...). The commitment of the parties ends once the experience has been completed and if ATC has not received a complaint of the parties within 24 hours after the date of completion of the experience. The company will then proceed to the payment of the locals compensation. In case of cancellation of the traveler, he acknowledges and agrees to comply strictly with the conditions and especially concerning the charges he can be subject. Exception made in case of an explicit agreement between the parties based on objective and exceptional reason and/or information provided in advance by the local master, such as the cancellation of an experience for weather conditions avoiding the smooth conduct of the activity. Any exception must be communicated explicitly to ATC as soon as possible and members recognize and agree that the company reserves the right to decide on the legitimacy or otherwise of the exception. Fees ATC applies 2 types of fees to ensure the development, maintenance and improvement of its services. Booking fee: It is charged to traveler and cover part of the costs of logistics and transactions charged by banks. This 5% fee, VAT included, is added to the total amount of the experience and is transparent to the parties. For example: If a local master offers an experience for $50 per person, the traveler will be charged: 50 x 1.05 = $52.5 ($2,5 corresponding to ATC’s fee). Thus, the traveler will pay a total of $52,5. Service fee: It is charged to local Masters and collected during the payment of compensation by ATC. This 15% fee, taxes included, is calculated from the total amount requested by the local master. For example: If a local master, offers an experience for €50 per person, 15% will be deducted by ATC: 50 x 0.15 = €7.5. Thus the local master will be paid €42,5.
Changes to our Policy From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this Policy. We reserve the right to change our Policy at any time and for any reason.
